Senior Support Services-CPHC has completed a new Strategic Plan for 2023-2028. With collective input from the Board of Directors, Senior Management Team, Staff, Volunteers, Clients & Caregivers, we have identified one (1) key priority and three (3) supporting priorities for the ensuing years. With review of our services/programs from an external and internal lens we have identified a profound need and benefits to be realized in the local healthcare landscape. We look forward to mobilizing our action plan to fulfill these priorities, with delivery of quality services to your community.
